Is OurPets really private?
Yes. There is no public profile, no discovery feed, and no follower graph. Every circle is invite-only, and photos and videos are delivered through short-lived signed links — only the people in your circle can open them.
Can I use OurPets for more than one pet?
Absolutely. Each circle holds as many pets as your plan allows, and every pet gets its own profile, care log, and media library. Perfect for a dog + cat household, or a whole menagerie.
My co-parent and I don't really talk anymore. Will this still work?
That's actually one of the reasons we built it. OurPets is designed to be the one calm place where separated co-parents can coordinate the pet they share without group texts, awkward phone calls, or screenshots in a different app. You only ever see what relates to your pet.
Does my sitter need to download anything?
No app download required to be a guest sitter — they can use the web app from any browser. If they want push notifications, our iOS and Android apps are also available and stay in sync with your circle.
What happens to my photos and history if I cancel?
On the Plus and Family plans, you can export your full care history (CSV) and download all your photos and videos at any time. Free plan exports are coming soon.
